Our Profile

Enterprise A is the first and the largest joint venture in the industry concerned and one of the first joint ventures in China.

Enterprise A has always attached importance to employee welfare, with a complete employee welfare security plan having been established. A medical security fund has been set up in a mutual form within the enterprise.

Similar to a majority of fully-grown enterprises, Enterprise A is confronted with a pressing problem of retirement security: the proportion of retired employees in all the population will rise to about 10 percent in the next 5 years, and exceed by 20 percent in the next 10 years.
