Contributor changes include: Adding new members and dismissing members.
 
Adding new members means that anenterprise provides new individual data on an employee that is going to participate in the EA plan. The account manager thereby completes records on the individual information, and in a next stept, registers a new individual account in the account management system and issues the corresponding individual plan documents.
 
Dismissing members refers to participants that are going to leave their employer, the client provides individual data and the account manager thereby completes the individual account processing in the account management system. This includes a transfer of the individual account to a reserved account or to another plan. If the transfer to any other plan involves a transfer of the occupational annuity assets, then the account manager will conduct the account processing for the sale of the corresponding assets, and the custodian is going to take charge of transferring the actual assets.

Notice: According to the agreement between trustee and account manager on the business process of account management, some account managers may also directly accept application documents for Contributors Change submitted by the principal.
