As a key process in EA plan design, designing the right contribution plan plays an important role in implementing the occupational annuity plan in the human resources strategy. Annuity serves as an important instrument other than traditional compensation; but it is different from traditional compensation design approaches as well, the contribution design also requires introducing the actuarial approach of asset-liability matching.
At the same time, we also must be aware that the development of Chinese enterprises has its particular humane factors and social environments. With this premise it is a key issue to construct and pursue a harmonious corporate development atmosphere.
Compliance, security, incentives, retention and balance are essentials for the design of an occupational annuity plan, especially for the contribution design.
