On November 1st, 2008, Taiping Pension¡¯s annuity network platform e-PensionNet version 2.0 had been launched. The system has three characteristics: business self-serviced, service people-oriented and information diversified.
Business Self-serviced
Taiping Pension¡¯s clients can download relevant forms from Taiping Pension's annuity network platform, and then can apply relevant business operations after filling out the downloaded forms; and the communication of business letters between Taiping Pension and clients also can be accomplished through the platform, which enhances business efficiency.
Service People-oriented
The annuity network platform provides different kinds of annuity services through its short message and Email platform, dozens of them can be applied or canceled conveniently through the network platform.
Taiping Pension has created INBOX for each client with specific personnel in charge of it, which makes the platform accept more expeditiously (generally within 1 working day, not exceed 3 working days) for client's advice, consultation and appeal.
For the VIP client, the platform specially provides management of contribution information¡¯s alternation, contribution bills, and contribution history information inquiry. With a personalization characteristic service, client can directly communicate to Taiping Pension for his requirement.
Information Diversified
The new version platform has added new periodicals and reports of Taiping Pension¡¯s characteristic, such as TPP TIMES, Taiping Economy and Finance Analysis; and has provided download service of different annuity policies in order to let clients obtain better understanding of annuity circumstances and economy trend from different angle of view.
