He Zhiguang, male, born in August 1959, MBA, with 23 years¡¯ experience in the insurance business, previously working with e.g. the People¡¯s Insurance Company of China (PICC), Ping An Insurance (Grp) Co. of China, Ltd., Sino Life Insurance Co. and Taiping Life Insurance Co., Ltd.. Currently he is serving as President of Taiping Life Insurance Co., Ltd. with concurrently holding the office of Chairman of the Board of Taiping Pension Co., Ltd. since 2004.

Mr. Feng Xiaozeng, male, born in May 1947, having a bachelor¡¯s degree he previously worked with the Tianjin Port Authority, the People¡¯s Insurance Company of China (PICC) and the PICC (Group) he served as Vice President of the China Insurance Regulatory Committee from 1998 to 2005. Currently he holds the offices of Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the China Insurance (Holdings) Co., Ltd. and the China Insurance Hong Kong (Holdings) Co., Ltd.

Mr. Lin Fan, male, born in July 1959, having a master¡¯s degree Mr. Lin, during his career was working in Guangzhou¡¯s and Shenzhen¡¯s branches of the PICC he currently serves as Vice Chairman and President of the China Insurance International (Holdings) Co., Ltd. and the China Insurance Hong Kong (Group) Co., Ltd.

Mr. Song Shuguang, male, born in February 1961 he holds a master¡¯s degree. With previously having worked in the State Planning Committee, the People¡¯s Insurance (Group) Company of China, the China Insurance Regulatory Committee and Japan China Insurance Company of China Insurance Co., Ltd., he gained wide experience in the insurance industry. Currently he holds the office of Managing Director and Vice President of the China Insurance International (Holdings) Co., Ltd. and also of the China Insurance Hong Kong (Holdings) Co., Ltd.. Besides he serves as Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Taiping Life Insurance Co., Ltd.

Mr. Xie Yiqun, male, born in March 1961, he holds a master¡¯s degree and was previously working in Zhejiang¡¯s branch of the Bank of China, the PICC, the China Insurance (Luxemburg) Co., Ltd., the China Insurance (England) Co., Ltd., he also gained experience in Singapore¡¯s branch of the China Insurance Co., Ltd. and in the Taiping Life Insurance Co., Ltd.. Presently he holds the offices of Managing Director and Vice President of the China Insurance International (Holdings) Co., Ltd. and the China Insurance Hong Kong (Holdings) Co., Ltd. respectively.

Mr. Dannis J.Ziengs, male, born in June 1949, he also holds a master¡¯s degree. Before coming to Taiping Pension he worked with Taipei¡¯s branches of the America Continental Bank, the ABN AMRO Bank, the Rabobank International and the Deutsche Bank. Presently he fulfills the position of Executive President for the Asian Region of the Fortis Group.

Mr. Wang Lin, male, born in September 1966, holding a doctor¡¯s degree. Among others worked for the Tianjin University of Commerce, the PICC, the China Insurance Regulatory Committee and the Ernst & Young Group Limited. In Taiping Pension he holds the position of CFO.

The Chief Supervisor and the Supervisors

Ms. He Shaoming, Chief Supervisor, female, born in February 1965, holding a bachelor¡¯s degree. In her previous positions she worked with the PIIC and Huatai Property Insurance Co., Ltd. She holds the positions of President of the Audit Department of the China Insurance International (Holdings) Co., Ltd. and the China Insurance Hong Kong (Holdings) Co., Ltd.

Mr. Wu Jun, supervisor, male, born in March 1968. Holding a master¡¯s degree and previously having worked in the Inner Mongolia Economic Management Cadre College and Ping An Insurance Co., Ltd., Mr. Wu currently holds the position of President of the Financial Department with Taiping Life Insurance Co., Ltd.

Ms. Wu Jiqing, supervisor, female, born in June 1970, awarded a bachelor¡¯s degree and previously worked in Ping An Life¡¯s Shanghai branch and the Taiping Life Insurance Co., Ltd. At present Ms. Jiqing exerts the position of Assistant President of the Channel Development Department of Taiping Pension Co., Ltd.
